JGV is led by Sipika Nigam, a career institutional VC with experience spanning financial services, private equity, and venture capital. Her work has covered finance, agri, education, consumer, SaaS, and frontier technology—deploying capital through equity and debt, from pre-seed to growth stages, across Asia, Latin America, and Europe, with funds based out of Belgium, Berlin, Mumbai, and Singapore.
This breadth of exposure—across markets, cycles, and business models—shaped a clear view of where capital, technology, and markets are heading. Her conviction has been informed by long-term structural shifts: the regionalization of supply chains, the transition from consumption-led economies to capability-led ones, and the pressures of aging populations.
